Treatment Coordination
- Review fee structures, including insurance plan allowances, patient out-of-pocket expenses and financing options. As well as payment collection.
- Work with Managing Clinical Director to educate patients on their treatment plan options.
Staff Management
Encourage policies and practices to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow from patient check-in to charge out.
- Office scheduling: Review schedule daily to ensure a profitable yet manageable day.
- Recruitment, annual employee evaluations, policy & procedure interpretation, progressive discipline, training, staff rewards and recognition, maintain control of overtime.
Patient Services
- Patient interaction: anticipating patient needs in advance to eliminate
challenges. Allcare Dental strives to maintain complete patient satisfaction, if for any reason our patients are dissatisfied with any of our services; we will react quickly to correct the situation to the patient’s complete satisfaction.
- Financial duties include responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, collecting and posting payments & record receipts, balancing nightly deposits, and completing credit card processing.
- Processing patient insurance approvals/authorizations, insurance forms, billing and assist in patient charge out.
